A celebration of friendship.
This project was done in collaboration with Sanja Novotny, a friend, and creative cooking enthusiast. We spend a lot of time cooking when we are together, so one day we decided to make our own set of dishes for the food we are making. The concept is to have all three courses in front of us at the same time, appetizer, main course, and a dessert. By removing dishes after finishing one course, there would be revealed another course. Ingredients are all what we usually cook with, we call it a celebration of locally produced food and friendship.
